RCE Skills Academy was founded to bring structured, accountable player development to youth athletes in North Alabama. What started as a focused training program has grown into a repeatable operating system — one that other operators, academies, and institutions are now asking to license.

This division exists to share that operating system with serious partners: independent trainers, academy owners, schools, and multi-location operators who want to build something durable.

Is this a franchise?

No. RCE Business Partnerships is a licensing program — not a franchise. We do not represent or imply franchise compliance, franchise registration, or franchise disclosure obligations. All partnerships are governed by individual licensing agreements.

What does the application process look like?

Submit the partner application, schedule a discovery call to discuss fit and scope, receive a tailored proposal, and proceed to agreement and onboarding. We move deliberately — not every inquiry becomes a partnership.

Are these prices final?

All pricing shown reflects proposed starting package amounts and is subject to qualification, availability, final scope, signed agreements, and applicable law. Final pricing depends on the specific program, scope, and customization required.

Do partners own the RCE intellectual property?

No. Partners license defined rights to use RCE materials within agreed scope. Partners do not acquire ownership of RCE intellectual property, unrestricted sublicensing rights, unlimited locations, or exclusive territories.

Is the trainer certification program available now?

The RCE Trainer Certification program is currently in development. We are not accepting payment or enrollments at this time. We are building a priority interest list so qualified candidates are notified when enrollment opens. Certification does not automatically grant rights to operate an RCE-branded academy.

Do you offer exclusive territories?

Not by default. Territorial and exclusivity terms may be discussed as part of custom or enterprise agreements but are not standard and are not guaranteed.

What about guaranteed income or financial results?

We make no claims about guaranteed income, financial performance, or return on investment. As with any business opportunity, outcomes depend on the partner's execution, market, and operational quality.

How are leads handled?

Completed applications are routed into a dedicated RCE B2B Partnerships pipeline with defined stages from inquiry through active partner and renewal. Lead tagging and automation specifications are prepared for academy-license, holiday-camp-license, trainer-certification, school-partnership, enterprise-partnership, white-label, and rce-branded categories.
