Ownership of RCE intellectual property, unrestricted sublicensing rights, unlimited locations, or exclusive territories. RCE retains all rights to its brand, curriculum, and systems.
Standard agreements do not include exclusive territories. Territorial and exclusivity terms may be discussed as part of custom or enterprise agreements.
